Australia in focus: hiring expected to remain strong

Despite a weakened outlook on business growth, most Australian employers say they still plan to hire extensively in the next 12 months. While talent scarcity remains one of their biggest workforce challenges, human capital and C-suite leaders who participated in the latest Randstad Sourceright Talent Trends survey said they are confident that they are investing enough in talent innovation to help them overcome these gaps.
