key topics include building a personal brand and measuring success

In the growing global sourcing community, Randstad Sourceight’s Jim Stroud and Balazs Paroczay are well-recognized thought leaders. Collectively with more than 30 years of experience, the duo will share some of the most innovative sourcing methods at this year’s #SOSUASIA in Singapore April 13-14.

Presenting on both days of the event, Paroczay and Stroud will focus on unique sourcing approaches and measuring results. Paroczay will lead a workshop on building and measuring sourcing productivity and ROI. Stroud will lead a workshop on sourcing leads from the news and discussions in a presentation entitled, “Turning your personal brand into a sourcing advantage.”

Launched last year, #SOSUASIA will be held at the InterContinental Singapore in partnership with Randstad Sourceright.

From hands-on workshops to informative presentations, the event features a panel of global sourcing experts from various industries and regions. In addition to Stroud and Paroczay, noted speakers include Jonathan Campbell, CEO of SocialTalent; Leon Kwang, Head of APACSourcing, Philips; Michelle Han, Talent Sourcing Hub Director, Microsoft; and other industry thought leaders.

Based at Randstad Sourceright’s Atlanta Center of Excellence in the US, Stroud has actively contributed to the sourcing industry since 1997. As Randstad Sourceright’s Senior Director of RPO Recruiting Strategies and Support, he previously consulted for companies such as Microsoft, Google, MCI, Siemens, Bernard Hodes Group (acquired by Findly) and a host of startup companies. His current responsibilities center on alleviating sourcing headaches for clients, adapting a style that intersperses humor with sourcing wisdom. You can catch more of his insights on his personal blog, www.blog.jimstroud.com.

Balazs Paroczay, Head of Recruiting Strategy and Innovation for Randstad Sourceright EMEA, also brings a deep expertise to #SOSUASIA. Having started his career as a senior researcher in Budapest at P & Bert Management Consulting Group, he has quickly established himself as a visionary among talent sourcers worldwide. Much like Stroud, Paroczay frequently writes and shares his views on “the magic sourcing world” on his website, www.thebalazs.com.
