According to Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today Magazine, "We congratulate Randstad Sourceright on an excellent year leading the entire enterprise RPO industry on the HRO Today Magazine RPO Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction study. The continuing elevation of their quality of service scores propelled them to the top of the list due to a culture steeped in service commitment, great leadership and a globalizing strategy that is creating an exceptional and standardized customer experience in every global region.”

The rankings for the Baker’s Dozen are based on feedback from buyers of the rated providers, collected via an online survey. In addition to ranking the top 13 overall enterprise RPO providers, the 2015 Baker’s Dozen also includes lists for the top providers in Europe, the Asia Pacific region, the healthcare industry and emerging markets.

Our advanced RPO offerings are essential to delivering on this goal,” said Robert Lopes, president, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, North America for Randstad Sourceright.
